Featuring clean dried cassia bark pieces with a natural reddish-brown color and a distinctive sweet, spicy aroma, this product is ideal for the food, beverage, spice processing, and herbal industries. With a maximum moisture content of 12%, foreign matter not exceeding 0.5%, and packaged in 25 kg or 50 kg PP bags, it offers a shelf life of up to 24 months under proper storage conditions.

Cassia Broken KBBC

Our Cassia Broken KBBC is produced from premium Cinnamomum burmannii sourced from selected cinnamon-growing regions across Indonesia. Carefully cleaned and dried, it features a natural reddish-brown color, a rich sweet-spicy cinnamon aroma, and consistent export-grade quality. With a maximum moisture content of 12% and foreign matter not exceeding 0.5%, this product is ideal for the food, beverage, spice processing, and industrial manufacturing sectors. It is packed in 25 kg or 50 kg PP bags and has a shelf life of up to 24 months under proper storage conditions.

Available in four export grades—Vera A 8–10 cm Regular, Vera AA 8 cm Superior, Vera AA 8 cm Regular, and Vera AA 6–8 cm Superior—these cinnamon sticks offer a naturally sweet and spicy aroma, consistent quality, and an attractive appearance.
